It was a very interesting online process. There were several screening questions then a virtual interview with HR. The connection was sketchy at times so I couldn't always hear what was being asked or there was a delay. I had to ask the HR person to repeat the question. At times, it seemed like I missed questions. Also the job changed from what was described in the posting.

This was one of the most unique and impersonal interview situations I've ever encountered. There's a questionaire THEN a one-way video interview. Yep no interaction with people. EVER,
