Interviewed by the team lead in video surveillance and the team lead in access control. Started with an introduction of who I was, followed by a brief overview of the company and the role. There were a few common interview questions along with a couple of troubleshooting scenarios. One was for a video surveillance scenario and the other was for access control. We also did a client call a role playing scenario to see how I would respond under pressure.

The interviewers were incredibly kind and welcoming, they asked open ended questions and were not looking for a specific answer, instead they were evaluating my thought process and troubleshooting methodology.
