The first round involves a 30-minute interview with HR and the second round with the supervisor and one additional staff member for an hour. The first round is general and the second interview goes into much more depth.

It was great both hr and direct managers were so kind and respectful and provided a friendly discussion. i really enjoyed. i can't wait to start my job at Genetec.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It included one HR interview followed by a professional interview. Both interviewers were incredibly friendly and respectful, which made the entire experience positive and encouraging. I appreciated their clear communication and the comfortable atmosphere they created throughout the process

One of the questions I was asked during the interview was, "What is your job description in your current job?" I explained my main responsibilities and how my role contributes to the overall success of the team.
