Not really an equal opportunity employer. During the first interview, the hiring manager just asked some behavior questions, all of a sudden just send me "we have moved forward with other candidates" without giving me an opportunity to second technical interview. Not sure how they evaluate their candidate, based on whether their hiring manager likes him/her or not?
