The interview process consisted of two on-campus interviews that were back-to-back. I heard back from GM with a hiring decision less than a week after my interview. The interviews were almost entirely behavioral questions read from a sheet, although my interviewers asked a few simple technical questions in the leftover time that we had. The behavioral questions were a bit annoying because I felt like some of them were pretty similar and it was hard to come up with another answer that wasn't the same as my answer to the other question. They put an emphasis on asking what the most important thing that I had learned during my past jobs, in school, etc.
