1. 30mins phone screen with HR. 2. 1h behavior interview with the future manager and a coworker through Microsoft Team. The phone screen didn’t happen on time. It took place at least one week ago. The second round was very interesting bc there was no information about what the interview was going to be. As such I prepared lots of things like technology, fundamental theory, and behavior questions. Interviewers were all kind during the whole process. Especially my future manager. His performance let me think he is the right one I wanna work with. Offer accepted. Very honored to be part of GM.
