I applied with a referral and received a HireVue coding assessment within a day. After completing the OA, I was sent a request to do a 15 minute phone screen after about 2 weeks. During the screen, we discussed the position and a Teams interview was scheduled for the next week. The Teams interview is a 2 hour behavioral interview with 2 separate managers/leads where you speak to each for about an hour. Alongside STAR behavioral questions, they will probably ask more technical questions about your projects. After they ask their 4 behavioral questions and their follow-ups, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the position or GM. They then say you will know the hiring decision within 2 weeks. I interviewed 3/31 and received a verbal offer one week later on 4/7.

After having my resume reviewed and completing my technical assessment, I was invited to a video call with two members of the hiring team, where I was asked a few questions.
