Zero professionalism and incredibly rude. A senior staff scientist emailed me to schedule a video interview. The day of the scheduled interview, he cancelled and asked to postpone to the next day. The day of the interview, he did not call until 50 minutes after the scheduled time, only after I had emailed him twice to ask if he was still planning on talking. He talked to me for a little over 10 minutes and ended the call.
