Started with an HR 30-minute phone call discussing why you want the role and want to work there. Followed up, a month later, requesting a coding assessment that can be done in any language. This was followed by a quantitative interview discussing the coding assessment, which was scheduled via Zoom, creating some confusion about whether it would be a video call. The interviewer didn't turn on their camera and said to be on their phone, which was not what I expected for a third-round interview.
