There was a one on one interview with the store manager. She asked me questions, and I answered them. In the end, she offered me the job over the phone a day or two later. All in all, it was pretty standard.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
