I was reached out by a recruiter, as some others had said, who sounded more like a sales person than a recruiter. They tell you lied to get you to interview with them. So I was moved forward to interview with the hiring manager, which was baseless. The entire interview consisted of entirely open ended questions, and the hiring manager didn't know half of the popular technology I mentioned (Grafana Loki, Thanos, and a few others). They try and pitch that they work as a startup, but to be honest, they have this huge corporate attitude. If they reach out to you, I'd recommend not believing the recruiters at all. Especially if you didn't apply (I did). The biggest thing is the fact that the hiring manager was not prepared for my interview obviously and didn't actually ask anything technical related, as he didn't seem to understand it.
