The initial interview was a phone call from the recruiter. When I proceeded to the next stage the recruiter scheduled and then rescheduled the interview several times. I was tasked with creating a dashboard by a specific deadline, and upon submission, I did not receive an acknowledgment until I followed up. During the interview, I answered questions about the dashboard and enjoyed the challenge posed by the interviewer. However, after the interview, I did not receive any follow-up from the recruiter. I had to reach out multiple times to get any response. When informed I wasn’t successful I was told I would have a feedback call, but it never occurred, and despite my further emails expressing continued interest, I received no response. While the interview itself was positive, the recruitment process felt overly prolonged and frustrating.
