I did the the application on line on Monday, they called me 3days later for a phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes. She later send me an email saying that she was happy with the phone interview and that she wanted to meet with me on friday. She said that the second part of the interview could last between 1 to 5 hrs. So the first part of they interview was very confusing because we had to pretend that we were getting phone calls and email and we had to type the customers info but i was a little confuse because i didnt know if i had to make up all of our fake cuatomers info so i just kept making information up. When I was done someone told me that i didnt pass. I told her I was confuse because I didnt see anything to refrence to. She said all the info was there;/
