Read their diversity & inclusion page before applying. If your demographic is missing from that page don't bother applying, they don't want you on their team. Reading their diversity and inclusion page indicates they have no interest in hiring based on merit or the best qualified candidates for the job.
Month long process and start format questions . Cognitive assessment was given as well. Not able to remember in which order. I also had a virtual interview with a nice lady who then offered me the job after the interview.

Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
