Entretien
The process started out with an on-line personality survey which I passed. Then a phone interview. The recruiter gave me good information about the job, and at the end told me I would move on to the next part. Then I had to take a timed reading/spatial reasoning test. This part I did not pass. The recruiter who was on the phone (on mute) the entire time would not give me any feedback about the reason (the time limit or the accuracy), so it is hard to know how to improve. She also told me I could reapply in 6 months.
I would think they are encouraging people with college degrees and experience in customer service as I have because they have too rigorous a process and too many people get washed out.
I would not apply again. From what people are sharing, this is not a trainee position. GEICO is looking for people who have this exact experience already...GEICO's loss!

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entretien
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entretien
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
