Got a call for a short interview with a few basic questions and was asked to take a test. Passed the test. Got another call back to schedule another interview. After that interview was offered a job but had to take drug test and background check before it was official. While process was about 3 days.
The interview process was positive. I was told about the job and pay range and I had the opportunity to ask the questions I had. I was asked to describe a time I had to show empathy to a customer and how to stay positive in the workplace when faced with difficult challenges.

detailed and efficient. friendly staff and informative to any questions. sat with current employee to get a feel for what you will be doing and then began the in person interview process.

The interview was quick seamless and gave a strong idea of the workload.
They didn't properly informed if they had positions available, so it leaves much to be desired. I probably wasn't what they wanted when they saw me past my resume sadly, don't waste 8 hours driving if they won't compensate.
