One phone interview with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager, theface to face interview. Agreeing the date for the face to face required pretty much back and forth communication s because of the GE Corporate process. The cost for the travel to Jenbach and the overnight were entirely covered by the company. Three people participated to the interview: the HR manager, the hiring manager and a senior engineer. The response after the interview was very quick: within the week I had a commercial offer.
