Practical interview where I made and served drinks, they wanted people with experience. Friendly staff, but you were left to get on with it.
Not many questions, mainly looking to see how well you could prepare coffees.
I attended an experience shift/interview after receiving confirmation by email. However, upon arrival I was informed that the role had already been filled. I had prepared for the interview alongside my university exams and was not informed beforehand that the interview had been cancelled. Disappointing recruitment experience and poor communication.
