The first round was a short HR interview in person at my college campus in Pune. The next round was a screening interview by the reporting head which was done over a phone call for around 30 min. This was followed by a Skype call as a final round that took around 90min to complete. Post this last Skype call a decision was made.

Case study interview describing the Indian retail landscape. After that, there is a telephonic and face to face round, and finally an interview with the Managing Director of the company
