Three day interview process. Sent in my application online. They were heavily advertised on every job board. Set up for a next day interview with head Manager. Asked basic questions, nothing really unexpected. Got a call the same day to set up a second interview which includes 8 hours of observing them go door-to-door while answering questions. 5 qualities of leadership..etc. Third interview is for you to provide feed back, if you want the job etc.
