I would say the interview process was good. I interviewed with two people and they both asked different questions. From basic "tell me about yourself" to more complex questions like "give me a sales pitch" I would say I was prepared for their questions and their overall demeanors were positive and approachable.

The interview process was very clear until it wasn't. I had scheduled calls with a few people at Fundera that they missed and then never responded to my emails. Largely lacking transparency throughout the process.
