45 minute phone screen with HR followed by approximately 90 minute face to face interview with the technical director of the department. Questions were mainly focused on automotive technical knowledge with some specific BMW based questions and questions about my customer service experience and technical background from other industries that I have worked in.
The interview process was relatively informal with plenty of opportunity for me to ask about the role, the team and potential for growth within the company. Overall, it was one of the better interviews I have been on.
