Entretien
I went to a job fair at the nearest Forever 21 for an interview and there was about a 200-person long line, which was intimidating. There were people dressed casually to celebrity-like. I'm sure they all wore Forever 21 products. I don't really own anything from Forever 21 but went in a nice dress and blue blazer with heels with my resume. I was one of the last people to get interviewed and walked in and out. I got asked a few questions about customer service and availability. I was shocked that the interview lasted about 3 minutes. I got called back less than two hours later. Out of the 200 or so people, about 30 of us got called back for a second group interview two days later. This was a bit different. About 10-15 people would be considered for a position. We got separated into a few smaller groups and one of us had to pretend to be a customer while the rest of us practiced our customer service skills and got rated and received feedback from one of the supervisors. I was asked for my phone number and full name before leaving and got called back within the hour to tell me I got the job.

Entretien
It was very laid back, no pressure, very open and friendly. i went in and gave my resume. they called me back for an in person interview and then i went in and had to wait for the manager to be free. they came out and we found a place to sit and talked. for the interview near the store. they asked me about my soft skills and goals. then they sent me home and i got a call saying i got it.
p.s. i would not reccomend working here although im pretty sure it shut down. i wasn't trained properly (i was young and this was my first job) they did a group training where they told us to just pat stuff down and shift things. then i was given someone to shadow who i only saw in the beginning and then never again. i was frequently put in large extremely messy sections by myself.

Entretien
Its was fine. Its a group interview, which is on par for retail. It was not hard. but there were a lot of other people interviewing. It gave the impression that that constant lose aa lot of staff.
Easy interview, hired on the spot. Questions were very basic, asked about what skills you have that would lead to your success in the position. Interview was very informal and laid back.
