The interview process for me consisted of a mechanical aptitude test at a seperate testing facility, panel interview on site at the hiring with 3-4 leaders and a one to one assessment with the reporting manager.

The interview process was very straightforward. I had 2 rounds of interviews before I got hired. First, phone screening and then an in-person interview with the management team. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks.

Great communication from interview to the end of the hiring process! Reached out a week after applying for a ovine interview. Followed by a webex interview, followed by an offer just a few weeks later. Would highly recommend working for ford if granted the opportunity.
