      Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Foot Locker (Camp Hill, PA) en déc. 2018

      Entretien

      After having a phone screen, I was invited for an in-person interview with 5 different people. It was like they were interviewing for an executive position. I first met with HR, which I thought would have been the typical HR portion. It wasn't. It was like a one-on-one interview. I was asked about my background, what I learned from previous employers, and the snarky "how did you convince them" question. She acted like I was some sort of freelance consultant, that was there to do her job for free. Needless to say, this was just the beginning of the craziness. They really think that someone should contribute just for getting an interview? I wouldn't tell them much of anything, until I get the job. I then met with 2 other people in accounting, one being a last addition to the itinerary. Fortunately, she didn't ask any questions. I then received a barrage of very vague, open ended questions. It was like a poor interrogation. The interview process was portrayed as trying to get to know the interviewee in order to properly place the person. What BS. That questions were very probing, in order to determine how to manipulate you. I knew anything said to them would later be used against me. I then met with 2 other managers individually. I had to the same "walk me through your resume" question. At least , the last 2 interviewers were decent. They explained their areas of responsibility and asked reasonable questions. It was a long interview and I came out of it with mixed feelings. I was also told about the high turnover, or as they said "the frequent rotations".
