This is the first stage of the Phone interview. It is about 15 minutes long during this interview. Most questions are about personal information and the behavior questions. There is no technical questions at this stage.

Unlike some other companies, the response times were much longer, and after the first round of interviews, they didn’t even send a rejection email. It felt like there was little regard for the time and effort applicants put into the process.

The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by two separate interviews, one with the director and one with the hiring manager. Both interviewers were friendly and asked pretty straightforward questions.
