J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Foot Locker (Yonkers, NY) en févr. 2016
Entretien
I applied online at footlocker, and then about 2 weeks later I got a call from the General manager to come in for a interview a few days later. When I got there it was a group interview, and we all interviewed with the general manager first, and then the assistant manager came and asked a few questions as well. After they made us fill out a pre-hire form (by then we all already knew we had gotten the job) but it literally took them 4 weeks to call me to come back for orientation.

Entretien
The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
