J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Foot Locker (Schaumburg, IL) en mars 2016
Entretien
I started off by applying online. About a week later I received a call telling me I would have an interview in a week. I dressed in nice dress clothes. Showed up and it was a group interview with 7 other guys. They had 4 managers interviewing us. They asked us pretty open ended questions and we went in a circle answering. I answered pretty good and I was one of the 2 in my group choosen to stay after for an additional 2 on 1 interviews with the managers. I answered as best as I could and was told I would get a call soon if they decided to allow me further into the process. I received a call 2 days later with a job opportunity at kids footlocker. I decided to take the job. It was a good choice

J'ai passé un entretien chez Foot Locker (Utrecht)
Entretien
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
