The interview process was fairly normal, up until how it ended. Started with a phone call, followed by a zoom interview, and then they asked me to drive out to Lincolnwood for several hour meeting that included two interviews and facility tour. I gave four hours of my time plus the commute there and back, and never heard from them afterwards. I didn't feel the position was a fit, and I lacked experience in their industry, but the courteous thing to do when asking for so much time from candidates would be to provide an update after the fact.
