Interview wasn't really an interview. Came in and was told here's the paperwork, you'll start next monday training for three weeks. The information we were given about the job was very misleading such as what we would actually be doing, rate of pay (told 8 but it's really 7.25), break time, etc.. Be more forthcoming in the interviews and the turnove rate wouldn't be so high. Also, if you pay more, you'll have more quality applicants to choose from.
