      Entretien

      6 rounds of interviews with different stakeholders. The final interview was a demonstration of how you would present to a sample client in a first post sales meeting. Then the board asks questions regarding your presentation. They were friendly overall but it is very time consuming to do 6 interviews and no return.

Six interviews, especially when one includes a presentation exercise, is a meaningful time commitment. It is understandable to feel disappointed when that level of effort does not result in an offer. While I am glad to hear the interactions felt respectful and professional, your point about the time investment is fair and important for us to reflect on. Our intent with multi stage processes is to ensure clarity, fairness, and strong mutual alignment for both the candidate and Flywire, particularly for client facing roles where communication and stakeholder engagement are critical.       The first-round interview focused on introducing myself and sharing my background. The interviewer also provided an overview of the company and explained more about the role. It was a straightforward and informative session.
