Applied for the Graduate Trader role. The process included a phone screen followed by a second-round technical interview. The technical questions were tailored closely to my prior professional background rather than generic case studies. I was not advanced past this round.

The interviewer built the technical questions directly off details from my resume and prior experience, rather than asking standard textbook case studies. I'd recommend candidates expect the technical round to probe deep into whatever background they're bringing in, so be ready to defend your own numbers and decisions under follow-up questions.

Entretien
In ronde 1 moest je zowel een mental math test als sequences test maken. Ronde 2 is een standaardgesprek met een HR manager die je vraagt naar je motivatie en interesse in financiele markten en 1 simpele ETF brain teaser geeft. Ronde 3 is een technisch interview met een trader die eigenlijk compleet in het teken staat van elke keer in korte tijd een statistiek vraag of wat complexere financiele markt vraag te beantwoorden
