Remote zoom interview with a friendly staff member asked 5-10 questions of a general level. They asked about personality, skills, and accomplishments overall. The interview was awkward since it was on zoom, and I couldn't see them when I was speaking. They were friendly and encouraging. My interviewer was very willing to answer questions about the position. I was told that they would contact me, and they e-mailed me 3 weeks later.
