The interview process consisted of four well-structured stages: an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by interviews with the Chief Underwriting Officer, the current job holder, and finally the CEO. Each stage was clearly signposted, so I always knew what to expect and how the conversation would unfold.
Throughout the process, I felt comfortable and genuinely listened to. I was able to answer questions clearly and was also given time to ask my own questions at every stage. The third interview included a presentation, which was a great opportunity to demonstrate my skills in more depth.
Overall, it was a thorough and well-organised process that gave me real insight into the role and the team.
