After receiving the first phone call, even though the recruiter told me she would call me back to talk about Visa matters, I was ghosted. I don't know if it is a common thing in Germany, but it made me think they are not professionals.

There were 2 Interviews (online) with a Team Lead and 1 task in between. The task was related to future responsibilities and understanding of the region. Deadline in 24 hours, mostly checking logical thinking, problem-solving skills, ability to collect and analyze data.
