It was done Online through my College placement process. I was shortlisted for the Interview after giving the test. Around 40 members were selected from 300. Interviewer was very casual and friendly. It made me comfortable.

Their main focus is on Analytical skills. They focus more on manpower management and they shall put forwards question in the form of various examples to judge how efficiently u can handle manpower to make the outcome efficient.
