First did a remote coding task then did a coding task/test in person. There were a lot of brain teasers. I did well in them but I do not think they are a very effective way of assessing candidates. I then did some more face to face interviews with people already working there about 5 different people. They were all nice and pleasant

Submit your CV. Then you have a recruiter screening call over phone where asked basic motivation question like why flextrade and tell me about yourself. After which you have a hackerrank OA and three more interviews after that. One with HR, one Technical and final in-person with seniors.
