I applied through the Fletchers career website, sending a CV and cover letter, was contacted with an interview offer the same day. Interview was challenging but fair; included questions specific to the job role, along with more general interview questions. Josh and Louise were very friendly and put me at ease.

The interview started with a brief outline of the role and the company followed by examples of what would be expected of me within the role. Was then required to answer some questions to give examples of how I would fit into the culture at Fletchers. Finished by asking some further questions.
