The recruiter advised to apply online then schedule time on their calendar. The night before I get an email saying my application had been denied. I email the interviewer asking that night if we are still on to talk the next day. HOURS prior to the interview the recruiter sends a short email saying sorry we don't want to go further...but want to stay in touch? So I had planned a week prior time off in my work schedule and life. This school is so disorganized they can't professionally cancel an interview before it happens. All they need to do is look at the resumes in a timely fashion. Don't ask people to talk then go lol oopsie an hour before. We have lives.
