I went through a telephone interview following a CV screening and Online Testing. The final stage consisted of a Video Interview stage with Senior Team Members and a timed (1 hour) writing exercise.

Early interviews were entirely generic (why do you want to for Fitch Solutions, can you manage your time well, provide examples of when you worked under pressure etc.). During the final interview they ask you to prepare a 5-minute presentation on a specific topic (outlook for a chosen economy etc.) and ask you much more technical questions based on what you said during the presentation.
