Fairly easy, normal star questions. Reqruiter first and then with the current associate, didnt get invited to the last one which would have been with senior management. What do you know about the financial climate etc. Why did you apply?

First a call and then a video interview with the recruiter. After the first video interview, there was a big test that took a couple of hours. There was also a final video interview with the HR person.

Had an interview for the client associate position. First round is over the phone, next round is zoom and final is in person. Asked behavioral questions and experience. They want to see if you would be a good fit

The interview process was over a month long and when I asked for what to expect at what I thought was the final stage, the recruiter told me that they haven't gotten an internal approval to even hire someone yet.
