I met the recruiters at my college career fair. It was very easy to get the initial on-campus interview as I had a good looking resume with experience in the industry through internships.
After the initial interview they had me drive down to San Mateo to interview the next day. The interviews were not very difficult, definitely want to know if you can sell and they want to sell you on Fisher Investments. Slightly unorganized, as the interview plans changed a few times because some interviewers were unavailable.

Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character

Entretien
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
