Entretien
I interviewed with two guys. The first one went pretty well. The second one, however, did not go so well primarily because, the guy interviewing me, was completely condescending to me for most of the interview. Not only would he respond in a condescending manner but he would always interrupt my responses and would usually degrade them and make me feel as if I was completely incompetent for this role. It was sad because I had a really positive perception of Fisher Investments as everyone I had met this person was nice and seemed genuine but this interview with this individual really sealed the deal (as in me declining the offer.) The fact that this guy is a team leader and I would be potentially working under his wing was enough for me to decline the offer they gave me. I understand if the interview was meant to be a little more intimidating or aggressive in nature; however, there is a very fine line between being intimidating and just flat out being a jerk and rude. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary; the Management team really need to have a talk with this guy.

Question 1
The second interviewer flat out asked me, "You mentioned you recently graduated, so why haven't you been able to get a job up until now?" (A weird and rude question at the same time.)

Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
