Initial interview with HR rep, really straightforward. We walked through my resume and she told me more about the company, not too difficult. Had two follow up interviews with head managers, they really seemed to care more about why I wanted the job, why I wanted to do sales, if it would be a good fit, etc. In the end this was my first sales interview process and I wasn't prepared to really ask for the offer, that's what they are looking for in sales. Always ask where leads come from and what the compensation structure is. That is probably why I didn't get an offer.

Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
