I applied on their website. I got a call day after for an interview. I had a one on one with the assistant manager she asked me basic questions about my work experience. I did not have experience waitressing btw. But if you have a great personality and dealt with customers in the past you will get the job! After, she passed me to her GM she asked more deeper questions to get to know me better. And then I was offered at the spot! Just breathe and show up on time and dress business casual!
Interview was simple and easy. I walked in and had an interview right away. It took about ten minutes and I was hired. This seems like a great company and I look forward to starting!
Interview was interesting, i had been serving for 5 years and the interviewer asked the basic questions. I did not like that when I mentioned i was in school and needed only mondays off they were shocked. I am glad actually as i would not want to be worked every hour.
