I applied through Indeed and got an email from Josh one of the owners to see when I was available for an in person interview. I met him and his wife Young. The interview lasted about 15-30 minutes. They asked about who I am as a person, what my style was, who my inspiration was, what power I wish I could have etc. It was a really good interview process compared to come I've been to. They were super sweet and kind. They answered all my questions about the company. They told me I'd hear something back in about three days. Josh called me and asked if I was still interested and wanted the job. I started that next Monday.
