      Entretien

I got invited to the first virtual interview after 2 weeks from application. I was interviewed by one Hiring Manager and one Senior Revenue Analyst. It lasted almost two hours. They asked around 60 questions, I had a feeling they want to put me under pressure to see how I perform. They prepared a few cases to analyze (booking curves to describe and recognize what type of route it is). I was also asked about details of the revenue management system which I have been using at my current airline. The Hiring Manager has a very extensive knowledge, and participated in the development of some of the tools, so be prepared for very detailed questions. Sometimes I felt like in front of an exam committee (that's just their style, no criticism here). They also asked a lot of questions about my behavior at work, biggest achievements, and what I expect from the team and the manager. They repeated the same questions in different forms, where an answer could be very similar, so one has to think creatively and prepare comprehensively, not to give the same answers every time. The Hiring Manager called me around one week after the interview and told that they are going with other candidates to the next step, and also provided feedback.
