Laura is extremely friendly and makes it a welcoming atmosphere. She asked me about my hobbies and my life and past work experience. I felt like i was talking to a friend. Granted, she happens to be a family friend. I saw others interviewed after I was hired however, and it was the same for them. Bob (GM) is stoic but very nice and straight to the point. (Why do you want to work here, what do you want as pay, what's your availability, etc.) Pretty fast interview process and I got the job on the spot.
