A Recruiter reached out to me in regards to a positions to schedule an interview. I was happy to interview with such a great company. Had about an hour phone screen, in which I was told I would hear something the following week about next steps. Thought it was a great interview and was excited about the chance to continue to interview and potentially work for such a great sports company. True to her word, the Recruiter emailed me the beginning of the following week to let me know they had some more candidates to interview and she would have an update for me in the next few days. That was 2 months ago. The Recruiter never contacted me again. What an unprofessional Recruiter and HR department. I wouldn't work for them if they called me back and offered me double what I currently make. It's a shame HR departments are still working with this type of poor effort.
