They sat me down and asked if I had any previous experience serving. Even though at the time I had never served before it didn't matter the fact that I smile allot really drew them in. We'll, at least that's what the hiring manager at the time told me.

Entretien
Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
